We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join Reputed Restaurant in Auckland. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and customer service, as well as strong leadership and management skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Oversee the scheduling and training of staff
- Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries
- Promote a positive and productive work environment
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a management role in fine dining or star hotels
- Proven ability to manage and motivate staff
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
