Asst. Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join Reputed Restaurant in Auckland. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and customer service, as well as strong leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Oversee the scheduling and training of staff
• Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries
• Promote a positive and productive work environment

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a management role in fine dining or star hotels
• Proven ability to manage and motivate staff
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
